Jeffrey Ferguson brings an interdisciplinary background spanning law, corporate finance, banking, valuation, investment and real estate advisory. 

He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2003. He later went on to earn his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Over the course of his career, Jeffrey has worked across corporate banking, valuation and transaction advisory, and has advised businesses and real estate organizations on financial and strategic matters. 

That experience shapes the philosophy behind BASE Legal Group. 

Real estate clients often need more than someone who understands the legal documents. They need counsel who understands why the transaction is being undertaken, how it is financed, where the economic risks lie and what needs to happen to get it completed.
